Not really you will need to start from zero.

Facebook obviously identified the affilate link and deleted the post. that happens to me lots of time. What i do is copy my post to notepad before posting so i can copy and paste it again and of course change the affiliate change the affiliate link.

Issue with affiliate links is if you don't redirect 'em, most of the time (speaking of white hate affiliate products). Even if you redirect or shorten em it will be the issue 98% of the time.
So, for example, person X decides to spam the affiliate link of product X, which is http://www.product.com/X - Facebook will flag domain. Your link is http://www.product.com/Y. Same domain - banned also.
Quite simple.
