Google Maps "quarter" name

A developer, who is a competitor of my client, just put the names of their two developments right into the Google Maps, next to actual existing quarters. See picture below.



My client also has a development of hundreds of thousands square meters, and would like to have the name of their project on the Google Maps too - on the quarter level, not just to put a business on the map. Does anyone know how to do that?

You need to contribute to Google Maps, as far as I know. I did this last year for a country side road, that Google didn't had the name listed. It took a few weeks to appear though.

It seems that it only lets me add businesses etc., not infrastructure.
