Can I sue Coinbase.com?!

I deposited a couple k a few years ago when all crypto was rising around the new year. My deposit took 3 days, and I missed out on 300% profit. FeelsBadMan

A snappy lawyer from my LinkedIN connections once posted that technically you can sue anyone for anything, even having a shirt color you don't like.

The thing is, there's no guarantee the judge will hear your case.
If he hears your case, you may not win the dispute.
Even if you win the dispute you may even not COLLECT money in the end.

Stop acting like a Karen bruh. There are many exchanges out there.

They are one of the most famous one if not the 1. This is ridiculous ..

Blockchain is another place
They are also down now - for me at least :D I think I have acc with them just forgot pass (and they do not gave it to change it anymore)

I would recommend using binance, but even they are assholes. After I bought about $20k in btc with my credit card they just deactivated my account. Thanks god I withdraw the money before this happened.

You can do ...absolutely nothing.

CoinBase and some other exchanges + tether are huge bitcoin price manipulators and is not the first nor the last time.

eToro: Yesterday I open buy position with x2 leverage for 20k (x2 = 40k) today they temporary suspended leverage and no-one was/is able to open order with leverage.
Thankfully the leverage positions was intact and so manage to get out when BTC hit 40200 with the sweet profit.. But was NOT able to open sell position with leverage :( and missed the sweet bonus of the dump..

In regards Binance (although I'm using it) is not the first time when they go in shady maintenance mode just before/during a big btc movement :D

You should be thankful for that they are protecting you from making money :D

The best you can do if you are trading is to use multiple exchanges..

Tell me how did you lost any money ? Server is down, if you bought btc then coins are on your account waiting. The price isn't going anywhere far. I agree tho, Coinbase support is not existence

Coinbase is good so far to me and you can earn rewards through that

Sure you can sue - but good luck with that.

It's not like you prepay them for their service to work in their future, you pay for their services upon purchasing bitcoin so it'd be really hard to sue them.

Binance or Kraken are solid picks.

However, be patient with coinbase.com and I am sure they will adapt to the ever increasing volumes marching down their servers.

Look at the bright side, interest in Crypto is rising faster than we can comprehend!
