Adsense and new domain?

Hi all,
I have a xxx. Blogspot .com approved in adsense
I have a question, if I linked this blog to new domain (.com,. Xyz…) is the ads keep working on new domain or I should request adsense for approval again?

New Domain requires approval again but there are some blackhat methods which allows adsense ads on domain without approval also

How ? because my blogspot blocked by Facebook, this is why I want new domain to share it in FB

I wnat the first method of showing ads in new domain.
Facebook bot can detect blocked url from short link easily.
