I tried the method and chrome store approved the extension thou rejected twice. The reason for rejection lies in the description of my app, they complained of keyword overuse. But in the end the app is live after reducing the description to the bearest minimum.

Thou I got a warning few days ago that they may remove the app because it contains only link.

My app is actually different from the youtube tutorial in this post thou.

How much time did it take to get live?
