What do you recommend in this situation? I’ve had the same problem despite me setting a higher CPC and budget compared to my regular ad account and still no impressions or clicks. Also interesting to note that the dummy campaign also stopped displaying. Do we just wait this out for it to resolve on its own?

I texted you on skype now. You might have read above here about ad score, ad quality and why your campaigns is maybe not running well.
However I will give you a new account to try, this is not your right but I will do it this time. The accounts I deliver are the strongest on the market right now, I publish around 10-15 own campaigns everyday on different accounts, I know the quality of them. Just ping me on skype..

Yes, me and my team are actually setting up pay per call campaigns as we speak and around 10+ per day. Running perfectly fine!

the seller told me you can advertise, but now he says I don't know.
He said I will do a replacement and the suspect said there will be no payment.

Read my faqs, I dont owe you anything. I replaced 1 account, and I dont offer any refunds.
I was however anyway going to pay you back 50%, but you started threaten me with paying 100%
Then I said "I will pay you 100% back, but then I will not tolerate any bad comments on my sales thread", when I sent this message on skype, you had already posted this comment.
You can forget 1% refund from me. You just lost 100% refund.
