i need cheap labor, the cheapest i can get. upwork won't let me post jobs because i'm doing for black hat purposes. although i can "clean it up" a bit to bypass, might be possible

either way, is there some site where there's international people literally ready to work for slightly above median wage in their country?

Onlinejobs.PH is petty much the go-to platform.

*Mods, if I'm doing anything wrong here by advertising, I didn't mean to do so, this is pretty much the main site for philippine VAs

I've paid 2 VA's from onlinejobs.ph $500/month each. It's not "cheap" but you can score $300/month VA's off that site.

When aiming for cheapest VA's idk where to go bc I'm still looking for that goldmine

Yeah I guess its not exactly cheap but definitely the quality is there and you can definitely hit the jackpot with certain VAs

3rd world countries with good command of english. My country has lots of these young people. Most bachelor degree holders are forced to leave for foreign employment to gulf countries.

Some people are running full time low paying data entry jobs here.
Probably could run VA service if there would be good demand and long term work.

What's your country?

I've had several digital friends lock in India & Pakistan but had better luck with India. They've managed to find people who'd accept $300/month just like in Philippines for full time.

The biggest hunt is where to find cheaper VA's who are fluent in English with the ability to access the internet everyday.

There's people out there getting paid under $150/month full time that are fluent in English. It's just tough to find that special pot. There was this one guy in Bangladesh who accepted a online spot for $200/month for my online friend and he uses an internet Cafe to work from. I don't know about now during the pandemic but before he told my friend that he rides a bike to the internet Cafe and sits there all day anyways. So getting that job would help his reasoning with his family of why he's there all day.

What type of work do you ask for, when paying 200-300$. Do they have a background in something? Or work anyone can do, just need time?

Hi! I'm from the Philippines, I can agree that Onlinejobs.ph is the #1 site you can go to.

2nd option is joining to a Facebook Group where there are tons of freelancer that are Filipinos.

It's Nepal, a small country between India and China. Almost all are fluent in English.
Most have home internet access. So, there's no problem for being online everyday.

About being cheap it depends on job and how much work VAhas to do. If it's too low, you know people won't really take the job seriously and disciplining would be hard. But it can be worked out to satisfy both sides.

Is there really demands for 10s and 100s of these people from you or others?
There are educated people willing to do part time and full time jobs like this.

i recommend Facebook user group community to find better VA's..

We offer good price for hiring VAs for any outsourcing tasks. Pls contact us if you are interested. Thanks
