I have done twitter marketing for about 3 months now, and i am getting some good traffic with my simple automated methods,.
I AM NOT promoting any of those tools i will talk there but i have done quiet good research got my hand on almost every possible twitter software available, and i can tell for sure those ones i use now are best ones you can get, well only if you can code your own,.. but that other story..

First step of course is account creation, its almost most important step, as those accounts should be created right way to stand those methods i am about to explain,.
Best software for account creation available in my opinion is ''myadtools'' acc. creator. Why this one? fast, supports decaptcha and diff. IP solution witch is mandatory because shitty public proxies will get like 70% of your created accounts get banned as soon as you make them.
10 accounts per 1 IP, Make like 1k accounts one day, dont use them for 2-3 days, then recheck about 800 should be still live. Now you can use them for my method.

2nd step... Following targeted twitter users,
For example you want to promoted CPA offer related to Twilight New Moon Saga. Search twitter for keyword - '''twilight'' first one you will probably dig up would be movies official page twitter.com / twilight <> now check who they follow to,. Usually they follow other niche targeted twitter pages,. in this case diff. fan pages,.. like TSTPodcast

Get LINK list to all possible targeted twitter pages,. Now you need to collect all their follower ID's, ''myadtools'' does it but also ''tweetadder.com'' does. Now use duplicate line remover to remove duplicate id's ( in end of this thread you will find download links,.)
Now split list with send-safe, or listmotor in 900 ids files, or in bigger parts its depends what following software you plan to use,

3rd following.. When you have waited 2-3 days you can use those accounts for mass following, but before you do so make some real looking nice tweets 2-3 per 1 account, like > Hi, just made my twitter account| My first tweet.. etc..
Now follow 800-900 people, when you have done with following post your spammy tweet with bitly link,. ( i use those because you can easily generate almost unlimited number of links with mass bitly link creator)
After 1-2 day, unfollow those who don't follow you back, and you can use those accounts for mass following again just now follow only 500-700 people,.
and so on till those accounts die,.

About IP addresses and twitter. Its important rule to create only 10 accounts per 1 IP, but you can login with diff. IP addresses, well at least for me it haven't been issue,. I have tested this i logged in more then 20 twitter accounts from my own IP and none of then got banned,.

You should use real looking information, leech pictures from social sites,
use fakenamegenerator.com/order.php bulk data option, this way you can get unlimited list real looking names and surnames and BIO data, and location data..
also if your account creator supports changing background images use some free ones or rotate twitter default backg. images.
