Groups are up to 200000 members max while Channels are 200 members max

How much can add members daily?

Depends on the age of your account.. I warmup my accounts slowly

I am not selling anything.. I tried the scrapper adder you mention and I could not get it to work properly it just lead to account bans!! If it works perfectly for you more power to you and anyone else can use it if they wish.. Do not accuse me of selling a software I do not even own.. Did I post an affiliate link? NO..
