My website getting negative SEO traffic

Daily in India morning time, I will get a lot of traffic on one of the page on my website and all the visits don't stay for more than 30 seconds.
The post chosen by the attacker is random every day.

Looks as if he/she is opening the webpage and then immediately hits browser back button or may be the work of a robot.

What can I do to stop this? I don't want to use WordFence plugin to block all traffic from India.

Please suggest alternative solutions.

Can’t you just block the IP?

If it’s one person or a unsophisticated bot, you should be able to block their IP address.

There are also some wp plugins that will automatically block bot traffic.

Is there a way to see what ip addresses accessed what all pages of the website?

or other heatmaps tools will/may help you

You may try cloudflare to block bot or suspicious traffic.

Also if you really want to dig, scan server log during that time. You may find ip address or other pattern.
