I'm confused, the typical price is 36x the monthly earnings, is there something extra we get with these as I may be interested? I.E what's the difference between these and the ones ones from a private seller that do 36x the rate? Apologies if I've missed the obvious

Hi, thank you for your interest. I agree with your x36 rule but that generally applies to sites that are making more profit.

On the other hand, starter and sites that just started to make some money are usually valued based on their age, content, and other factors like future potential.

These sites fit into the latter criteria. They've got a good amount of content, are aged, indexed and ranking on Google, and suitable for anyone who wants to start a new website but does not want to build from scratch and need a nice foundation laid out.
