Missing earning and payment not arrived

Hello, I'm fairly new to Clickbank.

My first question is in Transaction quality I have 5 sales registered for a total of $51.82, but in the dashboard and snapshot there's only like $36. I checked in refunds and chargebacks, nothing. Where's my missing earning?



Secondly, paycheck is reading PAID, but I still haven't received anything on Payoneer. Will it arrive in the date marked 2021-01-06 or is there an issue? Thanks.
