are these mp3 links protected from hotlinking?

I am scraping a website for its mp3 by importing in mySQL as remote URL link. its not playing & I am thinking its because it has hotlink protection, but when I typed that URL into browser its downloads mp3 sometimes and sometimes does. Can you somebody please confirm, if I can't hotlink from this website. If not, whats they wait to download it.

From where are you trying to access this MySql database?
if you are fetching just store the link as string then print the varible inside ahref in HTML.

I dont have issue scraping. I am asking, when mp3 URL is imported into MySQL. Then I use my audio player to stream those & it doesn’t play?

Doesn't look like they check the Host header so not sure if they have hotlinking protection
When you're using the link (which is https), is your page using https as well or http?
Also try to look into either the Console or check the HTTP Requests from your browser to see what's going on
