Form fields:

Name
Email ( needs to be real so you can click the verification link)
UK Postcode (may be smart to use university/business for multiple signups)

You will need a UK IP address

Rate $10 per hour or fixed price per 500 also works

Ideally need this delivered within 7 days

no they have to be unique, perhaps 1-3 on the same IP max.

This is for a petition vote registration. If they look like spam, they will be reversed
