Targeted keyword based traffic from search engine or from any directory can give you good result. Here in bangladesh peoples use app /adult apps and make friends continuously and than offer the link and its works. Here peoples are earning huge.

What happens if you replace the LosPollos smartlinks with direct offer links and promote these links? Did you do a split test with other networks already?

No network out there will get 0 conversions with 680 uniques if you send normal traffic to it. This guy clearly has shitty traffic.

This that is happening to you can be due to various reasons. From the quality of your traffic, the impact it has on your audience, and the relationship that the chicken offers have with your niche.
If you want to work with chickens, you must have more specific traffic that may have offers that arouse the interest of your public.

In fact, I was buying traffic from secsers, but as you can see, the quality of the traffic is bad and there are visits that have not been counted on a tracking site. I think it is fake. No. It is expensive.

Honestly, you could be right. I diverted my traffic from Snapchat to another site to buy visits. The reviews were brilliant and the price was a bit low so I tried it and I wish I didn't do and yes I promote cpa offers

Here are my stats for today so far and i'm literally not doing anything and i'm still getting few hundred uniques per day from my old methods.
Your ratio should always be around 15:1 - 25:1 (1 conversion every 15-25 clicks).
