Should I just bang them both?

I know of a similar story about one of my friend's brother-in-law having an affair with a younger sister and later one fine day when she was not in the apartment he banged the older one.

Yeah usually I would let it go esp as she doesn’t seem like the type to do casual like her sister, will probably be all over me 24/7 but she is pretty hot like if my friend is 8.5 for looks (and knows it), then her sister is a solid 6.5. On the plus side if she drinks enough to pass out I can still maybe have some fun and then say to her the next day that she made a move on me. I am 99% sure when we got the room to ourself she’ll be sucking my dick though. If it somehow works out and we manage to keep this secret from my friend and vice versa, even better. I will get both of them and either of them will be none the wiser.

Do not get her 'drunk', just tipsy. Getting her drunk then having sex with her will make you lose a court case 100%, if it comes to it.
