How does this Account get so many Retweets?

So I stumbled up on this account, im sure there are millions of others, but this one got my attention.

If you look at her normal tweets, they get like 10-20 retweets/likes.

But as soon as she posts memes, she gets crazy likes/retweets

How does this shit work? She has 22k Followers, how does every meme post go viral?

Yes, you are right. But, that's one way ( Exchanging likes and re-tweets ) and there are also websites who provide the services for buying Followers, Re-tweets, likes. The funny thing is when you stop buying this kind of shit, everything would fall down automatically as it's not an organic one.

May be she has multiple accounts and she is using these accounts to RT/LIKE her tweets. Also, she has more than 22K followers and if they most of them are real users then she is bound to have good interaction to her tweets, especially if it is interesting like a meme.
