yes they are & till now no problem at all, I did face some problem but that's when I forgot to renew my IP & have to buy a new one but after contacting support & providing them details of my account like address & other personal details for verification I was able to login to my account, always remember to keep you account details saved somewhere because even if your account gets locked due to IP changes you can always get it back

i have a $50.00 monthly subscription to a 4G mobile proxy. Not that expensive actually since i can use it for my multiple accounts.
I use VPS sometimes, but i still use the 4G mobile proxy in the browser.

You can arrange that with the provider. But static IPs are more costly.

definitely mobile proxies are suitable and affordable. ISP static ip costs more.
