Since 2020, nothing seems to be evergreen anymore.
From the past, I found niches like wedding or survival (still good in 2020), for example...Something that people will seek anytime.

u are gona be right. These days world is so dynamic and everything changes fast. But the people who try different things at the end comes back to basal things they last in the beginning of their journey. For example love partners - some people want to get back their partners but everything is fcked up. So after all i think something for life and for love gona sells good

There a lot of evergreen niches regardless of the condition of the global pandemic like relationships, making money online, health and fitness, self-help (motivation, manifestation), cooking, parenting, and many more. Those niches will always be needed by all people even when the global economy being crushed due to a global pandemicCan we discuss here what niche you thing is evergreen?
I have experience with scripts and cms sales but nowadays its hard because everyone gets own cms thru freelancers.
