Yes if you get the Malaysian IMEI then it can only be redeemed on Malaysian page mentioned in the post and the same goes for Thailand IMEI.

To be honest is NOT a lot of work if the method actually worked. We´re talking about 6 months of free Netflix...What else do you want? To be spoonfed the code?

To be honest is NOT a lot of work if the method actually worked. We´re talking about 6 months of free Netflix...What else do you want? To be spoonfed the code?

On the imei.info checker just click on the "Warranty & Country & Mi account status" under Free checks and check if the IMEI belongs to Malaysia or Thailand.

No, I can check the country as you say but, I need to create an account and the info gets to my email. I just need to get lucky I guess and find a working IMEI from one of those countries.

I got lucky and found a valid IMEI from Thailand using Malaysia IMEI format but, when submitting it to the Thailand site it says is not working...

@donaldfoster Have you actually tried this method yourself? Or did you just saw it on a different forum and wanted to share it here?

I tried it but mostly the IMEI's were already redeemed. Sometimes it gives this error so just copy the IMEI again and paste it in the box and it will work.

Yes IMEI already redeemed. I found 10 like these and then i stopped trying.

After that, I found 5 IMEIs from those two countries but they were all being used in this promotion.
