Hey guys,

How is everyone? I don't know if this the right area that I could share this - I just wanted to breath a little.:(

Guys did you ever feel stressed out because of this pandemic that affected your business and your market? I, myself don't feel good, I feel frustrated and irritated. I got so many problems going on especially my market - it is decreasing. The advice was to adjust and re-plan our marketing strategies. But at this moment, I am too exhausted to light the bulb.

I feel I have this anxiety thinking what will be the next problem be...

Your thoughts please, this may lead direction. Thanks!

Every place has an atmosphere and every person has an inner atmosphere. Most people just take the atmosphere of the place they're in and let it affect their inner mood. They're too open.
So shut that shit down and stop taking the covid nonsense too serious. Stress even affects your immune system so you are more likely to get sick if you worry about it.
Remember a place you liked to be where you had good feelings and keep that in your heart instead of letting in all the 2020 crazyness

Don't watch any more news + think about other opportunities outside of your niche.

I appreciate the information and advice you have shared. Yeah, I already quit watching the news and I am trying so hard to chill myself and finding another opportunity to grab.

Yes, pandemic has been a great problem. If the pandemic wasn't there then we would have had christmas party over here and winter is the season of so many fests.

If you keep in the back of your mind that only about 10% of the fuss surrounding the pandemic is justified, while the other 90% is fear-mongering and the inflation of the situation, you'll be able to relax more because the pandemic will start to seem my less important.

Take a break, stop watching the news. Enjoy nature. Everything will pass.

Yeah guys, you are right - I have also read in an article (https://adaa.org/learn-from-us/from...top-ten-covid-19-anxiety-reduction-strategies) to distance oneself from media - too much media to be exact. The media really overblown the news about this Covid thing and it is affecting how I see things right now. Probably I rely too much on media and that is such a disappointment ;(.

I'll take a break, stop watching irrelevant news and be on track again. I think I need some air to be able to light the bulb again.

Thanks guys for your words - it hit me :)

The media is designed to generate certain responses in our brains.

Agree with this. What you feed your eyes and mind is what you reap in your mind. So take control of what goes into the mind because once it is there, it would be difficult to erase. Be mindful - meditate.

@Trina Mathews take a walk, enjoy nature and focus on the right things. You'll get by :)

Covid-19 closed many established things but it created a bunch of new opportunities as well.

You should try to think it in that perspective and you may end-up finding your niche.

Yeah I guess that's what I'm gonna do. I just have to relax my mind, refresh - to be able to focus and learn new strategies.
Thanks! Good suggestion :)

Well, it ends in a few months so don't give up just yet.

i am frustrated too
Get back everything to normal but it is not in our hands.
I really feel bad for families who lost there dear ones in this epic pandemic.

Mental health is important if you are feeling pressure (I know I have had my dark moments) take a step away from the computer, get outside if you can.

This is a terrible time but reach out and connect with a friend or family (probably best via video call right now but you get it) I recently got into playing some old board games online with old firends while we all chat over zoom, taking a couple of hours a week to look after yourself is important.

You will be fine I am sure, good luck!

What industry are you in?

I am into printing business.

How soon will it end? considering the new strains of covid virus that are spreading....hmmm

Yeah, and there are 2 new strains - one in UK and one in Africa, which is a lot more communicable.

It is really so sad knowing that many died due to this pandemic. it had been a tough year.

I agree - I feel alone at times and i'm getting used to it. To keep my mind off things, I chat a few friends or I cook or I do other things. This Covid19 virus really brought us so much struggles.
