Update 2: Bought a 2nd Simcard for my other phone to log in to my other Admob account. Btw. all of the accounts were created with a different address, different devices, different IP, different phone numbers, etc.
So I logged in and that this Admob account made me $1k so far this month. Around $50-60 per day in the last two weeks.
But something interesting happened: Suddenly I received an email from Google Play: They suspended the Developer account on which one app got removed before. The main question is: Why did they suddenly suspend the developer account? I didn't even use it anymore and didn't log in for two months.
I can tell you why they suddenly suspended the developer account: They need an excuse to suspend the Admob account. I hope this will not be the case, but you can already see...I don't trust Google at all. They are fucking evil and careless. Normally they should send me a $300 payout in a few days...
If they will suspend this Admob account as well, I won't make a new one. Lost so much money because of them already. I prefer to have a lower ECPM but to be sure to receive a payment. I will fully focus on Unity Ads and Facebook Audience Network then.

how many apps did u have to have 50-60$/day ? and i use audience network better than gay google but admob gives 2x of audience sad lyf

Around 12 apps...and the $60 are just from Admob. With Unity ads and Facebook ads its around 80$ in total...however, its worth nothing as long as Google didn't pay. My guess is they will suspend the account right before payout. They pulled that off before.
The problem I have with FAN is the fill rate is only around 70-80% for me...so therei s already a 20-30% loss of revenue without even considering the ecpm.

Update:
Looks like the other Admob account sent the payment. Its an aged account. I made it in 2016... which makes things a lot easier. Never underestimate the power of aged/trusted accounts. Just a friendly advice: If you plan to use Adsense/Admob and you want to use it someday, better register the account now.
Earnings: I reached $100 per day in the last few days. Around $120 yesterday.
Need to update one app from the old suspended admob account to FAN. Also, I will make one more Android app and 2 more iOS apps.

Thank you. I will keep you guys updated. The thing with the Google Play store is it really takes a few weeks after the apps are getting out of this "shadow ban" and start ranking. So I already knew the apps will make me money after some time.
These are non-games, but I will enter the gaming arena soon and make games. Still need to do some learning tho.

I decided to make my first app on android or iOS, I never made any game/app on this platform. I made a lot of website becouse I'm Web Developer with (React.js/JS/HTMl/css/Wordpress) so I think it will be easier with my tech.
How can I make any changes to an existing application from Google Play .sdk? To later install it on my phone offline? Android studio?

You mean apk? Look for apk decompilers. You will be able to modify some of the things like permissions and text as well as some styles, but changing app logic will be tough. It's pretty much like reverse engineering an exe file.
