Hi all !
I have been advertising my white apps since recently.
After half a year of advertising on Facebook, I have a problem when creating an ad campaign for the app: The ad cannot be displayed: app on digital store restricted from advertising
When creating an ad campaign, the following error is written:
"The ad cannot be displayed: app on digital store restricted from advertising
This Page can no longer run ads on Facebook because it violates our Rules regarding circumvention systems. All active ads running from this Page are canceled."
Can you please tell me what to do in this case and how can I submit an appeal against the application ?
A lot of time and effort has been invested in the application and I would not like to be left without the main source of advertising
I want to point out that the app has positive reviews in AppStore (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1491888628) and the app has been advertised for more than a year on Facebook
We hope that someone has encountered this and knows how to solve it.
Can't get through to support, chat on profile is closed and email too
