I need to delete two GMB listings,

- one is my own one and i want to delete so no reviews and nothing is available anymore, also not later when opening a new one
- one is unclaimed and unverified and i would like to delete this also

what is the best way to do it?

Thank you

1/ first one: login to GMB dashboard and you can remove the listing from there.
2/ second one: for this one you probably cannot go into the dashboard; so use local guides who will mark the listing as closed, but it may take time for google maps to remove it.

thank you.

There are some agencies "removing" listings for you, super expensive... how do they do it?

I believe the best you can do is mark it as permanently closed, which will cause it to lose rankings in maps and have a permanently closed badge next to it. But the listing will still show if people search for your brand name. I don't think you can make it completely disappear off the face of the earth.
Unless you intentionally do something wrong and cause a suspension? which is not too hard these days, just put a spammy business name or change its category to something spammy and it will get suspended.
for the one that's unverified, just suggest an edit and say does not exist.

This is a doddle, just login and delete it. It might take a short while for it to stop appearing though.

You could get someone who's a Google guide to state that the location is closed; however, there is a clever alternative but it takes time.

1. Build 3rd party external citations to a new website and phone number. These citations share the same address and company name of the one you're trying to claim but with a new domain name and phone number.
2. Once built, add the website to your Google Webmasters Account.
3. Wait for a few weeks/months to let all those citations bed in.

Citations work a little like links, with each one serving as a "vote" that business details match and are correct. The more citations Google see's that have your own phone number/domain on them, the more likely that Google will associate the listing with you.

Once Google does this, you'll be able to verify your phone number and claim the listing outright. From here it's your listing to do as you please with it.
