Curious to know how you guys are protecting yourselves from being stolen from. Let's say you grow an independent girls already existing page and she's making a good chunk of change only through OF, how are you going to make sure that she continues making payments?

I know many of you have talked about having a written contract, but I feel like pursuing that legally would be a huge pain in the ass and probably not even worth the time/money. So how are you staying protected? Once the following is big enough, she may no longer want your services.

Do it the same way like with your servers, projects, websites and bots: Just stay safe and always have further performers in your queue, to start immediately. "Don't put all your eggs into one basket"

You can't force them - even by written contracts - because this would be sort of human trafficking. ;-)

Grey hat solution: You operate her email address and domains. ;-)

I don't disagree with what you said but why would it be like human trafficking? OF is basically Porn, porn is legal and there are contracts in the industry

Your last line should be what anyone who's serious would do. You shouldn't depend on their benevolence after you spent time and money promoting them.

No contract can stop her from breaching it if she gets to know the process and wants to work independently, which she will do someday obviously.. Even if you operate her email address, and if she complains to OF that her account is compromised or hacked, OF will take her side and help her.

You NOT only have a contract with her, but you control the traffic infrastructure that sends her leads, if she does not pay you or she wants to stop working with you then you redirect your traffic to another offer.

You need to treat this as a CPA or CPS offer, what do you do when the offer you have been promoted is removed? you re direct all your traffic to another offer, obviously you understand this with time and you try to control all the traffic process, traffic sources, landing pages, social media with content, redirected domains, etc...

You demand her to signup via your referral link. that way you keep 5% of her earnings no matter what for a year.

She could easily ask the support crew of OnlyFans to remove this referring, like you can do it at almost all networks.

wait a couple of years for her income to grow, then revenge report her for tax evasion and get a % reward from the IRS which covers your losses. /shrug (e-girls rarely pay their taxes). Mind you, that's the nuclear option and really more of a revenge thing.

control their email account, etc.
safest way let them send the content to you. And you send the money directly to her.
make sure she understand and control as less as possible.

Hard to do with an already established girl who works by herself and has some fans. But yeah that would be ideal for a brand new girl I agree.

Own the house they live in and the cars they use. Makes it harder for them to run away go solo when they have to move and get their own car. Models are lazy like that.

Contracts. Always.

It's like signing under a label for them. Do it all officially and you won't have to worry about this part no more.

The performer is your client, this is business, be professional, the answer is the same for all clients.

Never leave yourself open to being screwed over, 100% own the funnel, if they screw you, turn off the tap and send that traffic to a rival, as you would with any other client in any other industry.

Contracts of course but they do not mean shit unless you are really going to take legal action against someone, just be professional, something I don't think many can achieve by the replies above.

Easy

1. Setup and control the email (use ProtonMail, it's secure and will probably confuse models should they try anything) then 2FA it to your own #. As long as you hold the account email, you can't lose access to the OF.
2. If it's (a) a new model on the platform or (b) one that doesn't want to show her face publicly/use her own socials for OF or (c) is super small on socials - then create brand new socials with your ProtonMail which you give her full access to but again, you also 100% control.
3. Setup your payments via Skrill. 1 account yours, 1 hers. Add her account to OF and link the bank she wants payments to. Revoke her access of Skrill. Each time money drops withdraw her % to her bank and send your % to your Skrill etc.
4. Sign all required legal documentation for compliance
5. Ideally, just try to gain each other's trust as the work relationship develops. In my experience, it gives a greater work ethic between you, trust me. What's not fun about making money with others?
