HTML or plain text cold emails?

Let's say I want to cold email business owners and offer them social media marketing services. If I go with gsuite I can send plain-text emails but if I want to use something like Sendy or Mautic I have to use html emails. Which one do you think would get me more replies?

HTML - for subscribers in your email list, so you can add branding.
Plain Text - best suited for cold emails

Mautic is easy- just create an email there. Go to YT for some tutorials if you have no exp.

Easiest thing to do is to say its easy, find it on youtube. Not much tutorials on yt for mautic. And it wasn't easy mimicikng a plain text email there since it doesn't support it, yet. I found a code which does exactly that, it looks just like regular email sent from gmail. If anyone is interested pm me or post here.

Plain text, definitely.

The less images you have in your email content, the higher your deliverability.

Personally, if I see plain text mail I rather would read it than an email that is full of color and bling-bling.
