Can this get a PayPal account banned?

If you're good enough probably not. There needs to be absolutely 0 links between the 2 accounts IP, cache, cookies, or whatever that can trace the account.
The two accounts will be completely different. Basically, I am looking to buy USD with local currency in South Asia from people looking to convert their USD to their local currency. My paypal is all legit business based Paypal in the UK. The concern was that if I buy USD with local currency that my own UK account doesnt run into trouble and hence the question.

Well ye, don't really trust em and looking for someone with some knowledge to advise
I dont even understand how this can put you into trouble since both are completely different
I personally have bought from many seller in local forum, all funds went through, even tough some of them got blocked later due to this "stealth"

No, I have been doing for 2-3 years now. Currently I transfer around 1k-2k monthly from my stealth accounts to a personal account. Your personal account might get permanently banned if you do too much of transfers from stealth to personal account, I got 2 personal accounts permanently banned in past because of lot of money transfers from stealth to personal. Third one is working fine from last 6-7 months.

Do you transfer the money as friend/family or paying for a product/service ? 1k at once or you split the money in small amounts ?
Why you are saying so ? A few years ago , it was an indian guy who sent me $0.1 about 50 times for no reason and paypal not asked me any question. The funny thing was that after a few days he claimed unauthorized all 50 transactions, again paypal not asked me any question

I do goods and services transfer (since f&f not allowed in my country) and in parts like 100$ or 150$ only at once in 3-4 days. You can do many small transactions, problem comes when you start receiving lot of funds from single stealth paypal account say 3-4k$ in a month, then I think it flags the account and probably they manually review the account. I got 2 personal paypal accounts permanently banned this way. I received lot of funds continuously for 2-3 months and one morning I saw that my account is permanently banned, without any warnings. same happened with one more account.
Well this is my concern, it seems some of the guys above have mixed success
