one question, will paypal call me for negative balance? I put an temp phone number but my real phone number was on there, will they call me? I don't want to know what will happen after, just will they call both phone numbers?

They will send you email and call you in your current phone number (on your PayPal account)
But If the negative balance isn't resolved within 120 days, your account may be locked and you won't be able to log in to your PayPal account.

PP will definitely call you. I've changed my PP number to my new Canadian number and after a dispute, I was getting 4x calls a day until I fixed the balance issue

Paypal can also send your negative balance to collections which can hurt your credit score (USA).

On my case, debt collector will come to listed address. They forward the debt collection task to local partner
