Can SEC also sue bitcoin just like ripple ?

No.. primary because there is no person or company to sue.

Plus you have to read more about ripple to understand how funny and risky is.

Can SEC also sue bitcoin just like ripple ?
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency. Ripple is a company.
XRP is a cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies cannot be sued. Companies can be sued Even if Ripple gets sued (doubtful, though they may settle for charity's sake), they will pay a fine and keep it moving. If for some reason (and this is a very extreme scenario), let's say Ripple us forced to shut down or maybe a meteor crash lands into the Ripple Labs building on a day when nobody is there to get hurt, XRP will still be traded. Ripple is not XRP and XRP is not Ripple.

The only reason the price of XRP dropped, was because scared people got scared and jumped ship. Strong hands held steady. In fact, if you take a look at the XRP richlist stats, you'll see the brackets of people who ran away with their tail between their legs, and you'll see the brackets of people who know what XRP is and what it's capable of, and who saw this as an opportunity to fill their bags more.

Today, Christmas morning, we just jumped up by 30%.

Anyway, just remember this one very simple truth. For everyone who jumped ship and sold their XRP, there was always someone on the other end wanting to buy that XRP from you. Perhaps it was me. Perhaps it was an exchange. Perhaps it was someone else. But the bottom line is that in every transaction, there's always a seller and a buyer.

This lawsuit is a joke. Many of you got hit with the punchline and lost money. I feel bad for you, but just know, things like this happen with the best cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin had it's share of crashes over the years, too. Look at Bitcoin, now. That's all you need to do, is look at where Bitcoin is currently at. XRP is a digital asset that's at least 250x more powerful than Bitcoin. XRP is even much faster and transacts for much cheaper than Ethereum's Ether.

Bitcoin is great and I love it for what it is and what it does. Thanks, Satoshi! The introduction of digital currency has put a ripple in the universe. Bitcoin is just the beginning.

The last rug-pull was just to shaken out weak hands, you will see XRP on moon in 2022 (max Q4= DYOR). This is solid project already using by several banks in various countries across the globe.

If you long BTC you will win race if short term trader. Get ready for pull back. DYOR.

What needs to happen for you to lose your unquestionable faith in XRP? By reading your comments, it seems like you have a case of permanent blind faith.
So question is really simple. What hypothetical scenario needs to happen, for you to change your mind about XRP?

No, Bitcoin (BTC) is a decentralized currency, owned by no company, but XRP is a centralized currency owned by Ripple. There is the difference. Never use/buy centralized currencies owned by a company, since then, there is an entity to sue, or even shut down the currency.

Stunt to decouple Ripple from XRP won't hold in the eyes of SEC.
People holding XRP look towards Ripple company for progress and expect to profit from their work and partnerships.
Howey test makes XRP a security. It will be declared as such sooner or later if it isn't already.

I don't know how productive of a conversation you expect to have, as you obviously know very little about XRP and don't care to learn anything about it. I mean, if you did, then you'd know exactly why my "faith" in XRP is not blind.

Hypothetical scenario? Sure, I'll indulge. I'll lose my "faith" in XRP once it's transaction speeds slow to match Bitcoin's and the transaction costs increase to match Ether's. That's my honest hypothetical, as per your request.

No we aren't and no it won't. It seems that you're being deliberately facetious and it's not cool.
