I'm only quite new myself but feel I could give you a whole heap of advice on how to "forge" your way to success here but the questions I have for you are A: how many stores were you running - and on how many devices/IPs? B: Have you actually got from the horses mouth what the policies are regarding the number of stores you're allowed to run on one ID concurrently?

yes, using new windows user account is enough. but if you want to have a peace of mind, get a new cheap device and run your other account there.

I agree with Mobile IPs but residential it's so bad, by the way I run my etsy accounts on RDP and all of them work fine

Can you please get it in black and white what the vedrict is regarding number of stores - ideally per IP then it would be more practical imo

In my experience with Etsy, what you said here seems not correct "12 stores on a single computer, 3 shops closed"
Running multiple shops is allowed on Etsy on same computer, with different emails, shops only need to have different articles "niches" on each store.
But if Etsy detect something on one or two, in your case 3 shops closed, then all linked shops must be down. You are running 12 shops on same computer they must all be done not only 3
So, in this i know that you are not saying the truth. Or there's something you didnt tell.

Also dont bother using vpn, proxies or vps, nothing will work with Etsy, i've never seen a platfrom strict like Etsy specially their Integrity team, no mercy if you break their rules.

Wanna run a new stealth account, follow this on a new computer to avoid other accts get closed if they aren't yet.
1- Share your 4g mobile connection to the new computer + use someone link to sign up to get 40 first free listing
2- Different shop name + use one of your member of family's details + verification documents
3- Use a new Credit card for listing
4- List new products 'Don't list digital products', don't list the same used on the closed one
5- for Payment details, use a new paypal, if a bank, use a random fake RIB or Routing number "Important : Save the payment details in txt file, you will need them to change the payment later"

When done, check your shop if it appear in search, it takes 2-48 hours to be found in search.

Start listing your product, dont run ads right away, also dont change your Payment details right away, let it age, in my case i was able to use my bank details for payment on every account, but for paypal it was a failure.

Also i dont suggest you to list Digital Products the first 15 days

thank you, I did not understand why I started to open stores again and they were closing them (with nordvpn) To explain better, my three stores did not close at the same time, they closed one in August, one in October and one last week for selling brand replicas (nike,adidas,chanel) thanks for your help

Hummmm still something not right, cannot believe that you still have 9 shops running till now on that computer
Etsy are strict against VPN and Proxies, they can detect easily
Follow my guide, you can do it without proxies or vpn, unless you are trying to create an account on a different country, in this case you need 4g proxies

Yes they do, only ID card, right away after submitting the credit card

Well appreciate your help, is difficult share information when somebody tell you “Liar” to your own face, You don’t need information from any friend or family member or go around burning social security that can later affect the person. You can handle 12 accounts with the same inventory with just one image burner and you will stay underwater without problems. Happy holidays to everyone!
