I ended up getting a review copy after I was suspicious of this service.
I'll let the stats do the most of the talking.
Domain stats:
URL stats:
The article is 1200 words and my link is 1 of 9 outbound links that I counted in the article.
I have seen a ranking increase for many keywords but I'm not sure if it's because of this link or other work I've done.
I still don't know if my original claims are true or not but I do think the link I got as a review is valuable.
When compared to the price of a guest post however, $75 is not bad for this type of link at all, as DR67 would probably run me a couple hundred. Fairly impressed with the metrics.
I may buy a package and see if future links are just as good as this.

I was offered a review copy of the service but my review is and would have been the same even if I had paid the full price.
QUALITY
The link received was from a DR67 domain. While the exact same URL Rating was 17 and it had 2 backlinks pointing to the page.
While the original domain has 90k+ backlinks pointing to it with RD - 892 and looks pretty neat, while some of the spammy networks I have tried.
It's too early to say anything as the link was delivered around a week back but the ranking has started bouncing already, will be exciting to see how it finally settles down.
But considering the quality, I'm sure 10 of these can do wonders and can be really helpful offering the boost and diversity a site needs. Some of the outbound links I do think were too much though and the value of my link would increase further if there weren't so many but I'm sure the seller can do something about it.
PRICE
Let's be honest, it ain't cheap! But so are iPhones and people still buy them. These aren't a dollar per link kind of backlinks, they have quality written all over it and are definitely being sold for much higher in the usual SEO Marketplace. Not for the people looking for 100 links for $50, this is the service for money sites who are looking for authentic high quality links.
COMMUNICATION
The seller is online most of the time and replies in less than a few hours. Always pro-active and my query, I had just one was answered within minutes. Very clear and to-the-point communication. No BS.
DELIVERY
Well, after the category of my site was confirmed, my inbox swiftly popped up with a notification of a new message from the seller with a beautiful hyperlink which directly pointed me to the backlink.
(Not sure why do I even put this category in the reviews anymore but yeah you get it!)
Overall, a great service if you're looking for quality links and want a break from the spammy cheap backlinks.

@indexsy Looks like both of these guys got a link on the same site, possibly even on the same page? 90K traffic, 892 backlinks root, 2 backlinks URL and DR 67. If I place an order, will it be placed on the same page as other orders on BHW? Is there a way to get minimum OBL from a page? would that cost more? Thanks

Their niche is quite specific and if you knew their niche you'd understand why it was placed on the same page. Was some sort of freak accident to be honest. OBL is typically under 5. Let me know if you have any other questions.
