approved ( limted) please help i'am struggling

Hello guys , so i launched my ad on google , they approved the ad but limited, they said i had the word insuline in destination page ( Landing) i found the word and deleted it , i requsted a review but it still say the same error, i tried to appea but l nothing too ,i talked to support but they don't answer

You probably have INSULIN left somewhere in Meta tags, alt tags, or hidden somewhere else.

Try creating a new campaign with a copy of the landing page (different URL). Make sure INSULIN is not mentioned. Also avoid HORMONES and similar crap.

Yes, best is to create new page, and create new campaign... they are a bit slower with response recently.
