Hello guys, can anyone recommend me good networks that's newbie friend. No Cpalead, cpagrip or adworkmedia pls

I've tried them out already, Cpalead was nice though, cpagrip converted shit for me and Adworkmedia is yet to pay me my earnings.

I Tried Sign-up with OgAds and Cpabuild, but my application was not approved.

Can someone help with cpabuid application?
