Too much fake listings on those websites. At least, the last two are useless. Better go with LinkedIn or Xing (the German alternative).

sure thanks - but better than nothing, this allows me to find freelance projects very quickly, what you say makes sense, but all niches are different. I can even filter by currency and hourly/fixed budget.

Theres your have it, an idea for automated job board site. You can collect emails buy putting it behind "membership". This will quickly rank as your site will be very niche specific.
