This method is suitable for people who need to raise some capital - to a tune of a few hundred dollars. I've done it, and it works very well.
Basically what you are going to do is go to these two sites (mentioned a lot in the drop-shipping section), and resell the items you buy from there:
I suggest you start off with this item:
You buy these for $2.99 each, or even less with volume discounts. Then what you are going to do is place an ad (with pictures) for the charger.
Invent a reason why you are selling the charger (such as you already have one so what else are you going to do with it). This makes people feel comfortable because typically they wouldn't want to buy items straight from China.
You also want to emphasize that the charger you are selling is the NEW apple one with the fixed curved prongs that came out after the recall.
What you can do is offer the charger for $15 and $10 if they come within 5 minutes of your location.
And you don't have to limit yourselves to only chargers. Just look at what other types of items are selling well on c.r.a.i.g.s.l.i.s.t and buy them from those two sites
