[Question] Flippa and Mobile Games

Hi, i was browsing through Flippa for the last 30min and i dont get it why sellers sell their Android apps for so cheap...

Let's check this app..:

According to the seller, this app is making $884 per month. But he is selling his App for $1,000 (Buy Now). So, what's the catch here? Surely this app should be selling for x5 or something. Within a month and a half you're already making a profit if your earnings are similar to his.

Can anyone explain this?

Either this or they will say something about having to run ads etc.

I’ve been scammed twice on these kinds of listings where the monthly revenue doesn’t match with the overall cost. Both times I never even received what I paid for and had to get a refund.

Yes. Revenue is from ads. Organic is 0,01% of the traffic. 99% of Flippa apps are scams.

From what I'm reading on here you should consider just not doing it!

Most likely, the seller of the app invested some amount in the promotion and then wants to sell his application quickly. When a buyer buys the application, he is unlikely to see an increase in profits in the next month.
