Is there a SMM panel that delivers without start count?

Currently all SMM panels I saw do the following:
When you place an order, for example likes, they check the like count when the service was started.

Then they take this like count and add whatever you ordered on top and then they send likes until that limit is reached.

So if you buy 100 likes for a picture that has 56 likes, they will deliver until that picture has 156 likes.

Now this seems to be a scam since the user could get more likes on their own and the SMM panels do not deliver what you paid for.

Even worse, in the example above, if you order from 2 SMM panels at the same time, they will still only deliver up to 156 likes and then claim that both delivered 100 likes when it is not true.

Is there a SMM panel out there that does not use this method and accurately tracks the amount that has been delivered?

So if you buy 100 likes, the service will deliver 100 likes, regardless what happened to the like count in the meantime.

What you say is true, but SMM Panel logic works this way.
Algorithm based on a counter
The way you want it, there is no SMM panel

There are systems that only look at the number of people in their pool, not the number of ends, but I cannot give an example :)

Panels don't work that way. Start count is just a reference. After that there will be 100 likes delivered no matter what happens in between.

That is not true.

Even if you place 2x a 100 likes order for the same media in the same panel, they will only deliver 100 likes in total.

I'm offering a reward to anyone who tells the name of a panel which can deliver likes correctly.

why would you put 2x 100 of you order on same link if you already have processing orders , smm panels dont work that way, because the start count will automatically appear, once your 100 likes already done aswell as your 2nd order, make sure to order once the previous order is done

Someone might be willing to order from several panels at the same time to diversify orders:

1. Because prices of panels differ as well as quality of service. You might be willing to order 500 likes from a high-quality panel and 500 likes from a cheaper mediocre panel.
2. To prevent likes not appearing on time, if one panel is stuck and you notice it one day later, it does not help.

A solution to both of these cases is to put orders to different panels at the same time. This would work only if panels are able to deliver independently without analyzing like counts.

There is a panel like this.

It works because the owner starts the orders manually and delivers them manually, and tracks what was delivered, not going strictly by the start and current count.

Even then, if you order from other places for the same link at the same time or are getting a lot of organic likes, there is a small chance you get a little less than you purchased. But generally speaking youll get what you paid for regardless of the counters.

The person managing the panel puts in a lot of work to process every order manually and track everything. But the prices are a little expensive, because the work is very time consuming.

I cant tell you the panel, because its against the rules to share it, but it exists.

The accuracy of the Likes depend on the quality. If the likes dropped, the counting will still go in the usual way. This is why you see differences in figure. I have a panel, but I can't drop link here as it is against the rule.

I was in position to develope a custom delivery bot for someone, their top request was to track whats given and not just slap it based on counts.

You mean the guy has a farm of mobile phones where he physically likes photos?

No. I mean he starts and delivers them manually. The details are not important. What is important is that in 99% of cases people will get the amount of likes/followers/views they purchased regardless of the start/current count.

I'm offering $50 to anybody that will PM me the details to a provider that devliers the services reliably AND counts the services accurately and not like all the other panels as described in my first post.

Hi,
I have some solutions for u. PM'ed.
