I usually create them headless, blocking webrtc with proxy and a random user agent or buy them.
If you use the accounts only to send 20 messages each day make them with your phone , just don´t put any account on public automation software.

This is an outdated method and it doesnt work anymore. Instagram will shut down your account within 2-3 days because epic games will report your account.

Epic games has a lot more of important things to do than close random accounts, I know people who makes a lot daily just by spamming messages.
