I need a reloadable virtual credit card

Hi there,
I am from Banglaadesh.i have withdraw my fiverr balanced to to my USA paypal account.but i can not send it to anyone.they ask me for identity verification. I can not do this.i have only chance to withdraw my balance to my USA bank account or credit card.

I have payoneer USA bank account (first century bank).but it does not supported by paypal.and i have no credit card.so i can not withdraw my paypal balance.

Have any people to help me by selling virtual bank account or reloadable credit card?i have$12 on my account. Ican exchange my paypal id for VCC/VBA.

You cannot spend the funds from your USA paypal account if you will not verify the DOB and SSN. and that only options left to get the funds is withdrawing it to a USA Bank Account.
