Hi, I plan to do a similar type (No VO, No Face - Only copyright free images, texts and background music)

Now YT very strict when it comes to monetization. They don't allow automated videos. Above video can be created within 5 minutes using automated methods.
If you are using slideshow type videos you really have to add value using VOs, Graphs, Graphics etc.

You can still get accepted without VO on some niches but this slideshow type videos isn't a one.
Alternately, you can buy an already monetized channel and upload your videos until you get caught.

That makes sense, Do you think adding a initial Intro VO will help? Or the VO should be through out the video?

hey don't use images or create slideshows it is against YT guidelines so do a voice over and play a video behind it like video of india states plus then you can put images.

I haven't tested that. But If your video is providing good value then they might approve.
But the best option is to have full length VO and use mixture of videos, pics, graphics.

Add a voice over, you can always hire someone for cheap if you don't want to speak. Even better if you get someone to show themselves on video for better chance. Hire someone on fiverr.
Do this until you get monetized and then join an MCN when the channel is big enough. But continue making good unique content otherwise you will get hit with demonetization for reused content.
