Gotta love that response. Only digging himself a deeper hole.

You should report him to payoneer as well. Might get his account closed, he is admitting to doing a charge back as a malicious retaliation.

This buyer @JackobyJenkins is a cold blooded scammer. We decided to do two gaming websites for $500, 50% advance and 50% after.

gamekarmic.com

After the completion he immediately closed my access and has never paid my 2nd invoice.

I know we can't do anything in this because he surely doesn't care about his bhw account but he should be banned here.

what i used to do in caution, is not give the admin password to the client until the rest of the payment is made and make sure they know i wont. easy to get around, but for newbies it adds a little bit of fear

The way to avoid this for website developers if you're not charging full price upfront is develop on your own hosting and/or domains, once the site is approved and final payment is made, transfer it to the client's hosting. Sometimes the client won't make the final payment but they also didn't get any of your work. You still lost your time but now you can resell the work to someone else to make up the difference.

Damn. He actually got that low. Anyways, here is a recommendation:

Usually Payoneer will side with the seller, so it's easier to fight issues like this one.

Contact their support via chat, provide all the details needed to verify your account. Prepare the following:

1- This thread URL
2- Proofs from Skype that your conversation and issue is related to the point discussed in this thread.
3- Show them his replies and the same proof you provided here.
4- Bring the fact that you're an old customer of Payoneer without a past issue (hopefully you are)

I'm sure you'll win the Payoneer case.
