Shoutout pages still relevant?

Hi all,

Basically I have a luxury page, but I've noticed with bots gone, and the current situation, my page is actually dying. It went from 4k followers to 3.7k. I still want to work on this, but it's just so slow.

I've decided to run a page for a friend (she will sell lingerie pics), so I build her page, and we split money. However, I was thinking of doing a shoutout page alongside it. Are these still relevant to making money or will it need to be really huge?
