This is my journey thread about starting a tubesite and seeing how it goes. I have loved reading other peoples and thought it would be fun to look back at the end of 2021 and see what happened. Although this account is new, I am not. Granted my normal account doesn't have many posts on it either but I don't want people who search my username on the interwebs to find I spent months of my life looking at fetish porn to make pennies and judging me on it 
So a little background on myself. Been around on the internet for coming up to a couple of decades in the darker side of the internet. Made a fair bit from borderline illegal activities and blackhat cpa. Also PPI and torrents 10 years ago, good ole days. Always stayed away from web/seo anything too time consuming but loved reading full threads of the journey. I know some vb6 (I am that old), vb.net , python. My main boxes are Linux/MacOS which I feel set me up well for setting up VPS's etc. I suck at anything web related and this is as much a learning process for me to rank/get traffic to a normal site than it is to say I want to earn XXXX/month.
The plan:
I will try to update this every few days but probably less over Christmas and nowhere near this long/detailed. Took me fuckin* ages. The next few days / week will just be me looking at porn and trying to write titles and descriptions for them while trying not to jack off too much. I very much know this is a much longer game than I am used to. I am fully prepared to buy a dedi over a VPS and host/stream my own files if I find the right niche / get lucky with traffic. Like some of the other tube journeys on here.
I think that is enough of a first post so I would like to thank all the people I have not tagged from their journeys because I can not remember their names. I have took bits from them all in working on this rough blueprint I am working towards.
Look forward to some advice and help along the way and hope someone else gets some enjoyment out of it.

Use wp-script to create simple WP blogs in sub categories of different fetish niches. When adding posts , change title / description of every post. Limiting posts to 25-30/day, mass adding posts to drafts and using a plugin to schedule said posts each day. Look at plugins to auto post the posts to twitter/facebook/tumblr etc I have no clue about SEO but logic says it can not hurt. This will be the first week or two, adding 1000's of videos to the draft pile ready to just auto post daily.
Do all the reddit posts / porn re-uploading. I have actually done some porn re-uploading before to cpa landers. With my background this is an area I think I can kinda excel in. Accounts / residential proxies should be pretty easy for me. I can easily knock up some python script to download videos, check sizes etc and stick a watermark on with ffmpeg for example.
Read up on seo and actually how to run a proper website besides using yeost(spelt right?) to check posts. I ain't even sure how to setup google analytics ffs. From what I have read, it all takes time, something I am not used to but I am here to give it a go.
After the first site has a catalogue of 3/4 months worth of posts backed up to drafts / auto post. Then I will start work on the second site with the aim of doing 3 with at least 2 of the 3 niches chosen.
Executed so far:Purchased 12month shared offshore/dmca ignored hosting. Purchased 12 months VPS from same provider. Purchased domain for site one. Site is currently on the shared hosting and seems fairly responsive but if/when there is any traffic I will export the site over to the VPS which currently just has a LMAP stack up/running. The reason I have done it like this is because if I manage to fuc* up the VPS I can always just run the latest backup on the shared hosting without losing too much down time and they were both on offer for year purchases.
First site is up/live with a few posts and some scheduled for the next couple of days. There are no ads whatsoever on the site and there will not be until a couple of months in.
This has all been done over the last week or so. Google finds the site if searching for very specific words, which must be a good start. As I said I have no clue
