Launching a livestreaming website, any experts?

Hey fellas, I am planning on launching a live-streaming website with some mates.
We have everything figured out, but we're struggling to find which method is the most effective for enabling our users to Livestream their camera/screen, just like on twitch.

We found Amazon AWS streaming services and Wowza/Dacast, but we are not sure which one would be the best choice, and if we need to implement more services such as CDNs to make things work. (we won't be saving livestream playbacks though).

If any of you has expertise in this field, or just wants to share opinions, I'd love to have a chat.

I am not looking to start streaming myself, I want to launch a livestreaming website where users are able to go live on my platform.

Creating and launching live streaming websites is certainly a process, but it's pretty straightforward.
