Why don't High Retention Views exist?

I've browsed various panel services and a lot of them give like 1-3 min retention. And then I saw a few high retention view services that offer 1-5 mins. How the fk is 5 mins considered high retention? I don't get it. Why don't panels offer services that view longer than 5 or 10 mins per video? If they have all this money why is it so hard for them to code a bot that watches longer?

Does anyone know a panel that sells actual high retention views?

They used to exist but Youtube patched most of them. I'm pretty sure they do try to watch as much time as possible but only 3 mins at max would register.

Pretty sure that only works for videos longer than 1 hour. Doesn't work for like 10-15 min videos.

The cheapest and easiet way to do this is run livestreams. No need to pay for views that put your channel at risk.

Thankyou so much. And I dont know of any services for CTR. But to increase it, you would just need youtube accounts and a 4g proxy that rotates whenever you need it to. So basically this method

I was asking for a service because I'm short on time. Trying to keep a job and doing youtube is a little bit demandind. But thank you!

What i would do is find a developer to code you a bot that will automate your accounts. Currently I'm coding a script to automate all of my accounts

There was one I tried a long time ago and it did work to some extent. The service is defunct though.
