Address for Flipping: Public or Private?

Here's the thing: I've been getting some juicy, 1-word domains to:

A) Re-sell,
B) Build Funnels over them - and sell them, later on.

But it's on the first (A) part when I'm doubtful.
I've read and heard several times about how you MUST keep your address private (like, from the SEDO/Flippa account).

But personally, I struggle to see WHY.

Does it make sense?
I feel I've got nothing to hide... So, should I?

I think just block there bot until you sell on the flipping website.

Best to be careful than at a lost.

Rules are rules best just block bot better than getting instant ban, I think the rumour was a warning.

I think if you're getting good juicy domains, ant it better-selling pbn for that domain and just put the old website back on a page.

Ant there more money in providing pbn domains if there juicy and clean.

@majdi107 - Just to clarify, I'm not building a PBN.

I will choose some domains to flip and others to build minimalists solutions (as those you see on Product Hunt all the time).

But I'm more into the psychological part of the process. Not too technical. That's why I still don't connect the dots with what @redarrow suggests.

Ah if you have that, then yes, that's fine, that's what it is called officially amoung all registers except godaddy which have their own shit implementation of it.

While SEDO, Flippa, and Dan are the most popular... I recommend thinking out of the box and actually doing some personal outreach to people who NEED it.
