I bought a discounted review copy (full list) so here we go...
...though I don't have much to add, really. The list is massive, covers pretty much every niche imaginable and has all the 3rd party metrics you'd want.
The only thing I'd love to see added is an estimated cost of a guest post on sites the seller has history with, but I suppose it would make updating the list a full-time gig.
edit: On my first glimpse I did notice a site that most likely does not allow guest posts (I can PM this to the seller if interested, it's a site run by a government), but most of my random checks seemed solid.

I am a guest post seller myself, so I know the difficulty of finding useful blogs niche-wise. He has laid out everything for the buyer; he needs to contact the mail address for getting the guest post.
I was surprised to see so many niches covered by him; this is a goldmine for marketing agencies.

Totally I received 500 unique sites with their contact info (well organized CVC file). In the sheet itself, OP update the metrics of the site like DA, DR, RD, TF, and Top 5 Categories, etc. If the OP updates the Price for each site/post, it's very helpful to bargain with the site owner.

Looking through the list, I was able to find plenty of sites that would be perfect for me and my clients.
The Ahrefs and Majestic metrics were accurate and can serve as a great guide to choose potential sites.
Emails are provided and contact form links are also provided where possible.
There isn't much else to say aside from the fact that this is definitely a bargain that every self-respecting SEO should own
