Mass Automated Twitter Bots?

Hello, I'm on the hunt for a twitter bot that can create and control thousands of accounts.
Such tasks would be mass like, follow, unfollow and retweet account I want.
Anything that does such a thing?

You can do this with Jarvee but it will be expensive. It will be expensive with any other software, however, I don't know any other reliable software for this

There is an official Twitter API, so no real reverse engineering is required.

So you'll find a scripter/programmer easily.
