You just need to change your phones, because they for sure know all your hardware id's. Thats the issue. Even websites know the hardware id of the users (like google ads). So an app knows for sure and its all tracked and saved. They just let you create a new account just for the case that this phone has a new user. But when they see same activity they just ban you. You have no idea how much data they gather on you.
