It's just a brilliant tool, but is there an alternative?

The tool is called Salesviewer and analyzes the user traffic and can determine directly from which companies these users come who are on your side. It also records the user's session via video and you can see exactly where the user was on the timeline and how long he looked at which button.

It's just too expensive for me, does anyone know a good alternative with the same features?

Depending on your tech stack implementing a custom solution for seeing which user came from which site is very cheap. In that case just find someone to code it for you, I'd evaluate it to be a $100 job max, a bit more if you want a nice interface for seeing the data.

This is quite a bit more difficult and can cost a lot or a little depending on how good you want it to be. Still though I think implementing custom solutions for both features is cheaper than paying $100 a month, you'd also be able to reuse your custom solution in future projects.

Interesting that it's just free. Microsoft providing a free service in exchange for user's data?
Tbh in a way or another giant companies are gonna gain the data,So it wont make any difference if you and i boycott their products
